2025 SPRING FTX FOR LEVEL 1-2

Cadets, it’s that exciting time of the year! We are going on an overnight FTX (Field Training Exercise)!

SIGN UP FORM AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

What: Our annual Field Training Exercise (FTX) is a great opportunity for cadets to learn, practice, and build basic survival skills like fire building, shelters, and more! Meals, accommodations, and transportation from LHQ (Local Headquarters) are provided.

Who:  Open to Level 1-2 cadets or any cadets who ARE required to be within 30 minutes of a medical facility. Senior Instructor Level 5 are also required to sign up.

Deadline to sign up:  February 14, 2024 @ 1800

Dress: kit list to follow.

Meals:  MRE - Meals ready to eat

Location:  The FTX will be held at Camp Kasoda in Sylvan Lake

Transportation: The cadets will be bussed from and to the Shepard Community Centre.

Inter-Squadron Sports Day Sign Up

83 Juno Beach will be participating in an inter-squadron sports day with 1910 Army Cadet Corps and 344 Victoria Sea Cadet Corps! This exciting opportunity is available to all cadets and is a great way to meet other cadets in the program in a fun environment. Sign up is required.
