We’ve put together the 2024 Summer Training Brochure, which is attached. We have good news and bad news. First the bad – there will be no Level 1 summer training for 2024. The Regional Cadet Support Unit NW will be looking for extra training opportunities for the Level 1 cadets during the regular training year. The good news is that Level 2 training will be offered at the Cadet Training Centres this summer. Note that some interesting Virtual Training courses are now being offered!

We’ve rented an entire movie theatre just for our cadets!

COST: FREE! However, we highly recommend cadets bring cash or card for concession snacks.

4. Tuesday, February 27: PINK SHIRT DAY, NO UNIFORMS
Pink Shirt Day was created to build awareness against bullying and raise funds to support programs that foster children’s healthy self-esteem. In support of this initiative, we ask all cadets to show up in pink shirts! If you do not have a pink shirt, please wear something as close to pink as possible.
Cadets will also participate in PHASE (PROMOTING HEALTHY AND SAFE EXPERIENCES) training led by Captain Pritchard and Second Lieutenant Tran J.
5. Tuesday, February 27: Medal Applications Due
Those cadets that are interested and eligible for medals are required to hand in your applications to Captain Krebs by the end of night on Feb 27.
